Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Strong background in medical-surgical nursing
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with electronic medical records and clinical documentation
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations

Schedule:

• Full-time hours
• Rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled, compassionate nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and progress
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate total patient care
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and post-discharge care
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment
• Participate in case conferences and ongoing performance improvement activities
• Respond effectively to urgent and emergent patient needs
