What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality patient care within the Medical-Surgical unit, performing comprehensive assessments and interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring clear communication with physicians and care teams.
• Implement care plans while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
• Respond to changing clinical situations with sound judgment in a fast-paced setting.
• Mentor and support LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff as needed.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum of one year experience in a Med-Surg setting preferred.
• BLS certification (required), ACLS preferred.
