Schedule/Hours

• Night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Alternating weekends

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of one year recent Med-Surg experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Cerner EMR proficiency
• Permanent residence at least 50 miles from assignment
• Reliable, dedicated, and able to handle a 6:1 patient load

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to Med-Surg patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Adhere to all safety protocols and facility procedures
