Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 am – 7:30 pm shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Every Other Weekend (EOW) rotation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
• Comfortable managing inpatient holds, with preference for those able to care for Emergency Department patients as well
• Strong assessment, teamwork, and communication skills
• Adaptability and a collaborative approach to patient care

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care to a diverse medical-surgical inpatient population
• Respond swiftly to evolving patient acuity
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Support orientation and provide mentorship for newer nursing staff, as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
