Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care to medical-surgical inpatients and, as needed, Emergency Department admissions awaiting placement
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt to variable patient ratios and acuity based on census and unit needs
- Employ strong clinical judgment to respond effectively in fast-paced situations
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license required
- Minimum of one year of experience in a medical-surgical nursing role; prior exposure to ED patients preferred
- Proven ability to multitask in high-acuity, changing environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- BLS certification (additional certifications are a plus)
