Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, patient-centered care to medical-surgical inpatients and, as needed, Emergency Department admissions awaiting placement
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt to variable patient ratios and acuity based on census and unit needs
• Employ strong clinical judgment to respond effectively in fast-paced situations
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical-surgical nursing role; prior exposure to ED patients preferred
• Proven ability to multitask in high-acuity, changing environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• BLS certification (additional certifications are a plus)
