Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Current certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support); ACLS preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care based on evidenced-based nursing practices
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform required procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and allied healthcare staff for optimum patient outcomes
• Develop, modify, and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Provide patient and family education to foster understanding and engagement
• Accurately document all patient interactions and care activities in electronic medical records
• Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient status

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
