Key Qualifications:
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Experience adapting to new teams/environments preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate directly with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
