Key Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical unit
- Proven skills in assessment, medication administration, care planning, and patient education
- Strong interpersonal abilities for effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- BLS certification (required); additional certifications a plus
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and document accurately
- Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and recovery plans
- Maintain patient safety and infection prevention protocols at all times

$2,025 - $2,203/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
