Schedule/Hours

  • Nights
  • 36 hours per week
  • Every other weekend required

Qualifications

  • Active Massachusetts RN license
  • AHA BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a strong cardiac background
  • Proficient in reading telemetry strips and cardiac drips
  • Experience with post-cath care: PCI, ICD, PPM, ablation, TR Band, and femoral approach procedures

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert care for cardiac patients on a 24-bed unit
  • Interpret telemetry strips and manage cardiac drips
  • Deliver comprehensive post-procedural care (Cath PCI, ICD, PPM, ablation, TR Band)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Support patient recovery through careful monitoring and rapid response to arrhythmias or complications
