Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse in Center, ND

What you’ll bring:

• Active RN license with good standing
• Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical judgment skills
• Proficiency in IV therapy, medication administration, and wound care
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) a plus

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical floor
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, reporting any changes
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform routine nursing procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and disease management
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold the highest standards of patient safety
• Adhere to all regulations, policies, and ethical guidelines of the profession
