Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse in Center, ND

Key Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Relevant experience in medical-surgical (MS) nursing
• Proven ability to perform thorough patient assessments and implement evidence-based interventions
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• BLS certification required; additional certifications preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement appropriate patient care plans for MS patients
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor patient progress, documenting changes and responding promptly to clinical concerns
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to ensure top-tier patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care procedures and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment following infection control standards
