Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) - Center, North Dakota

Healthcare professionals with strong experience in medical-surgical (MS) nursing are needed for an engaging contract opportunity. Qualifications:

• Current and active RN license
• Prior experience in medical-surgical nursing required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Familiarity with electronic health records and standard documentation practices

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care in a busy medical-surgical unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with physicians, allied health professionals, and patients’ families
• Educate patients and families on procedures, diagnoses, and ongoing care needs
• Participate in discharge planning and patient safety initiatives
• Adhere to infection control and organizational policies
