Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN) - Center, North Dakota

Take part in delivering essential care services to patients in a medical-surgical setting. As a skilled RN with a background in Med-Surg nursing, you’ll provide compassionate and expert care, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and supporting patient recovery at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with treatments
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Safeguard patient confidentiality and safety at all times

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Recent experience in medical-surgical nursing
• BLS certification (and ACLS preferred)
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation and critical thinking abilities

Schedule:

• Contract assignment (duration discussed during interview)
