Schedule/Hours

  • Travel assignment with full-time hours
  • Must be open to floating within region and scope of practice; paid for travel time if floating mid-shift

Qualifications / Experience

  • Current RN license; BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
  • 18+ months recent Med/Tele experience
  • Confident in cardiac rhythm interpretation and managing non-titrating cardiac drips (Cardizem/Amiodarone)
  • EMR proficiency with EPIC preferred
  • Strong general med/surg skills; first-time travelers welcome

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a patient load (typically 1:5-6), providing care to individuals with stroke, seizures, AKI/CKD, and complex medical needs
  • Collaborate with an interprofessional team for optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain flexibility to float to partner units as needed
  • Utilize advanced equipment including Philips Monitors, Alaris Pumps, Omnicell, and Rover Communication
