Schedule:

• Rotating weekends (every other)
• No on-call shifts
• Shifts: 0645–1915 or 1845–0715 (12-hour)
• Holiday commitment: 75% of holidays
• RTO (up to 6 days off, excluding holidays)

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license and BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Strong proficiency with PIV starts, NG tube placement/management, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and surgical drain care
• Experience with non-titratable cardiac drips (e.g., Cardizem), TR bands
• Comfort with patient ratios 1:4–6, up to 1:7–8 during surges
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to adult medical-surgical/telemetry patients with diagnoses such as heart failure, chest pain, COPD, and post-cardiac cath
• Collaborate closely with CNAs, resource, and charge nurses to optimize patient outcomes
• Utilize Epic EMR, Alaris IV pumps, Omnicell, and Philips monitors effectively
• Float across multiple regional facilities, adapting to patient needs and maintaining excellent care standards
