As a Registered Nurse with a background in Med/Surg and Tele, you'll be stepping into a dynamic, fast-paced 24-bed unit where every day presents new learning experiences. The variety of patient cases—ranging from cardiac to neuro and respiratory—ensures continuous clinical development. Support systems are robust, with helpful colleagues, dedicated CNAs, around-the-clock RT and intensivist teams, and advanced technology including EPIC EMR and Massimo telemetry.

Schedule/Hours:

• Expect both day and night shifts with manageable nurse-to-patient ratios (typically 1:5-6).
• Floating within the region as needed, with travel time compensated when floating mid-shift.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg or Tele RN experience
• Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Strong Med/Tele skillset: cardiac rhythm interpretation, non-titrating cardiac drips, wound care, IV starts, and tube/drain management
• At least 6 months’ hands-on EPIC EMR experience
• Willingness to float within the Central Division region
