Take your nursing career to the next level on a 24-bed MedSurg/Tele unit in a modern hospital equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including EPIC, Alaris IV Pumps, Omnicell, and Massimo monitors. You’ll work with diverse patient populations (cardiac, respiratory, neuro, and more), broadening your clinical expertise and collaborating with supportive teams—24/7 RT, Intensivists, Hospitalists, and dedicated CNAs. Exposure to remote telemetry, a dynamic patient census, and flexible floating options across multiple regional sites will strengthen your adaptability and your resume.

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour shifts: 0645–1915 & 1845–0715
• Weekend rotation: every other
• Call: Possible low census call; may be called back if needed
• Holiday coverage: 75% of holidays
• Up to 6 days RTO (excludes holidays; add missed hours to contract)

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Tele RN experience
• Comfort with cardiac rhythm interpretation and non-titrating drips (Cardizem/Amiodarone)
• Confident in medical/surgical care: wound management, IV starts, blood products
• At least 6 months’ recent EPIC experience
• Willing and able to float within the regional system as needed

• Deliver high-quality MedSurg/Tele care in a fast-paced environment
• Assess, plan, and administer treatments for acute and chronically ill patients
• Maintain collaborative communication with interdisciplinary teams
• Adapt rapidly to changes in census and unit assignments
