Travel Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN) | Chesterfield, Missouri

You’ll gain exposure to a diverse patient population, including surgical, oncological, and neuro-surgical recovery cases, while collaborating with a dedicated team in a Level 2 Trauma Center and a Joint Commission Comprehensive Stroke Center. Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Guaranteed 36 or 48 hours per week (must be indicated on submission)
• 13-week assignment
• Every other weekend required
• No call requirements

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor and coordinate patient care with ancillary teams
• Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations
• Provide professional oversight of other caregivers
• Adapt to varying physical demands and high-risk exposure scenarios
• Float to units as determined by facility needs

Qualifications:

• Current RN license valid in Missouri or eligibility for licensure
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• 1+ year current, inpatient Med Surg nursing experience
• ACLS (AHA) and TNCC preferred
• Adaptable, patient-focused, and team-oriented; committed to excellence
• Black scrubs required per dress code
