Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of one year recent experience in a med-surg environment
- Proficiency with patient assessment, critical thinking, and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
