Key Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Proven experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing required
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in EHR and standard nursing documentation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality care for adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs
  • Perform patient assessments, monitoring, medication administration, and interventions as ordered
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health disciplines to implement effective care plans
  • Deliver patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions
  • Accurately document clinical findings, care delivered, and patient progress using electronic health records
  • Adhere to facility policies, professional standards, and all regulatory requirements to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
