Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse in Chicago, IL

Schedule/Hours:

• Day Shift, 12 hours
• Rotating weekends (every other weekend)
• Floating to like units as needed
• Holiday coverage as needed
• Orientation: 24-32 hours (16 hours non-clinical orientation)

Desired Experience and Licensure:

• Minimum 2 years of Stroke/Neuro experience (3 years preferred)
• Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to pass EKG test (all to be presented at submission)
• Comfortable floating to compatible units

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse med-surg/telemetry population
• Skillfully assess, monitor, and support neuro/stroke patients
• Document and report patient status changes clearly and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
