Schedule:

• Day shift, 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Flexible floating to similar units as needed
• Holiday shifts assigned as necessary

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in Stroke/Neuro environments (3 years preferred)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required at submission
• Successful completion of EKG test required
• Willingness to float to like units
• Strong adaptability and collaborative spirit

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients in a med-surg, telemetry, neuro-focused setting
• Monitor and interpret EKGs, assess for neurological changes, manage complex stroke protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and adjust to fast-paced changes across multiple units
• Participate in orientation (24–32 hours) and ongoing professional development
