Travel RN Med Surg | Chromo, Colorado

Schedule/Hours

• Day Shift: 6:30am to 6:30pm
• 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license in good standing
• AHA BLS certification
• ACLS and PALS certifications (or completion within 3 months)
• Minimum competency with Cerner EHR and Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in clear English communication

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two years of recent Med Surg experience strongly preferred
• BSN preferred
• Additional language skills a plus

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care based on current nursing practice and provider orders
• Perform and document comprehensive assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations using Cerner
• Monitor patient status, report changes promptly, and administer IV medications and therapies
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, care, and discharge planning
• Collaborate with providers, support staff, and other departments for holistic care
• Serve as a resource and mentor for team members; support continuous learning and adherence to safety standards
