This contract nursing opportunity calls for a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dedicated to achieving positive health outcomes for diverse patient populations.

Schedule/Hours:

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (MS) setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and intervention skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Adaptability and resilience when managing multiple priorities
• Collaborative spirit for interdisciplinary care delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with a broad range of medical and surgical diagnoses
• Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor patient progress, and update care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with physicians, ancillary staff, patients, and their families
• Document all care and observations accurately within electronic medical records
• Respond to emergency situations with poise and expertise
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
