Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for Med-Surg patients

• Educate patients and their families on conditions, care plans, and discharge instructions
• Maintain detailed, accurate electronic health records
• Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and allied health professionals to promote positive patient outcomes

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
