Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) - Claflin, Kansas

Schedule & Hours:

• 12-hour shifts; 36 hours/week (days and nights available)
• Self-scheduling with flexibility required
• Every-other weekend and every-other holiday rotations
• Minimal on-call
• Floating to other units within your scope

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and initiate care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring safety and quality at every step
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
• Participate in ongoing professional development and adapt to new technologies and processes

Qualifications:

• Nursing degree required
• Active RN license (compact or Kansas)
• BLS certification (ACLS & PALS can be obtained upon hire)
• New graduates are encouraged; a positive, professional, and driven attitude is valued above all
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
