Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) - Cleveland, OH

Deliver high-quality care to adult medical/surgical inpatients as part of a dynamic clinical team. This contract role is focused on supporting a diverse patient population, including those with orthopedic, neuro-surgical, and level 1 trauma needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult inpatients with a range of medical, surgical, orthopedic, and neuro-surgical conditions
• Support trauma patients in a level 1 trauma setting, ensuring adherence to established safety protocols
• Prioritize patient safety, contributing to a zero-harm culture and promoting quality care standards
• Engage in effective pain management and implement evidence-based interventions
• Conduct proactive rounding to anticipate and address patient needs promptly
• Participate in bedside hand-off communication to enhance continuity of care and foster strong patient/family relationships
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support individualized care plans and continuously improve the patient experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Previous experience in medical-surgical nursing; experience with orthopedics, neuro-surgery, or trauma care is highly valued
• Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus on patient safety
• Strong commitment to patient satisfaction and teamwork
