In this role, you’ll be part of a busy 45-bed med-surg unit featuring 28 telemetry beds, offering the ideal environment to refine your skills in both acute care and complex monitoring. Schedule/Hours:

• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as required)
• 1+ year of recent med-surg experience, preferably with telemetry exposure
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with virtual nursing technology is a plus
• Reliable adaptability to changing patient ratios (1:4, 1:5, 1:6)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to diverse adult populations in the med-surg setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress including telemetry monitoring
• Collaborate efficiently with virtual nurse assistance and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and effective care planning
• Maintain a high standard of patient safety and satisfaction
