Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license (CO or compact)
• 1+ year recent experience in Medical-Surgical or Oncology nursing
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• NIHSS certification
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certificate
• Oncology Nursing expertise
• Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) strongly preferred
• Ability to perform independent nursing functions in accordance with standards of state Board of Nursing

• Complete patient assessments and ongoing health status evaluations
• Plan and implement individualized nursing care; document according to regulatory guidelines
• Deliver health education, counseling, therapy, and restorative treatments
• Monitor, review, and modify therapy and treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate and consult with providers, delegate and supervise as needed
• Respond to evolving patient needs with professional expertise and compassion
