Schedule/Hours:

Required Skills and Experience:
- Current and active RN license
- Previous Med-Surg nursing experience strongly preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Experience in oncology, observation, hospice, and medical/surgical settings is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and delegate within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct focused and comprehensive nursing assessments, document findings, and develop patient-specific care plans
- Implement and continuously evaluate care plans, making necessary adjustments based on patient response
- Oversee and delegate care to other unit staff, ensuring coordinated and effective implementation
- Uphold established nursing policies, procedures, and standards of patient care
- Provide support to colleagues and participate in ongoing professional development
