Deliver high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical nursing. You will play a vital role in the assessment, planning, and implementation of care for adult patients with a variety of medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patient health status, including physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, post-treatment care, and preventive measures
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and procedures
  • Monitor and respond to changing patient conditions, communicating effectively with healthcare professionals

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted RN license with experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple patients and adapt to varying caseloads
  • Proficiency in performing Med-Surg nursing responsibilities in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize effectively
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • BLS certification required; additional certifications (ACLS, etc.) are a plus
