Travel Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN) - Columbus, Ohio

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift: 07:00–19:30

As an RN specializing in Medical-Surgical, Orthopedics, and Telemetry, you’ll play a vital role in multidisciplinary collaboration, patient education, and the coordination of complex care. Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license (Ohio or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Med/Surg, Ortho, or Telemetry nursing
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, patient-centered environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across ortho, med/surg, and telemetry settings
• Monitor and document patient progress, anticipating and responding to clinical changes
• Foster clear communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide patient education and discharge planning as needed
