Med-Surg Nurse (RN) - Concord, NC

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position
• 12-hour shifts

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Proficient in patient assessment, documentation, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients in the medical-surgical unit
• Monitor patients, administer prescribed medications, and document clinical observations accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate and support patients and their families on treatment and post-discharge care
• Respond appropriately during emergencies and exercise clinical judgment in prioritizing care
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and state/federal regulations
