Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum one year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) and Telemetry units
• Proficiency in monitoring patient vital signs, interpreting cardiac rhythms, and providing high-acuity care
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently within interdisciplinary teams
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts may be available, including days, nights, or weekends as needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care to those admitted to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatments
• Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
• Administer medications and perform necessary interventions promptly and safely
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records
