An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical experience to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients, adhering to established protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, demonstrating sound clinical judgment.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license.
- Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and safety.
Job Details:
- Contract assignment with a duration of approximately 13 weeks.
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, nights.
