Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active RN license required
  • Proven experience in Medical-Surgical, Long Term Care, and/or Psychiatric nursing settings
  • Comprehensive assessment and documentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Dedication to patient safety, confidentiality, and dignity
  • Experience with electronic health records is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients in Med Surg, Long Term Care, and psychiatric units as assigned
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and develop individualized care plans
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient status, adjusting care as needed
  • Administer medications and treatments according to facility policies and physician orders
  • Provide emotional support, health education, and advocacy for patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to regulatory guidelines
