Registered Nurse Med Surg | Cumberland Furnace, Tennessee

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Flexible scheduling according to unit needs (no block scheduling)
• Rotating weekends required
• Orientation options: 8/31, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28 (no orientation available 9/7)
• Please note: No time off approved from 9/19-10/17

Essential Qualifications:

• Active RN license in TN or compact state (required at submission)
• BLS certification in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg RN experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Adaptability to float within 5 Med/Surg units and the Emergency Room as needed
• Comfort caring for adult populations (18+)
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR
• Navy scrubs required for all shifts

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to general Med/Surg patients, maintaining safe ratios (1:1-6)
• Flexibly float to assigned departments based on patient and staffing needs
• Support Epic Go Live initiatives and adjust workflows as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• Take initiative in preparing, assessing, and executing personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate records and follow unit-specific protocols

$1,832 - $2,004/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
