Schedule/Hours:

• 1900-0730 (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Monday through Sunday rotation
• 13-week contract assignment

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (state eligible)
• Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in Med Surg/Acute Neuro
• Active AHA BLS certification
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Proven skills caring for ambulatory patients and those requiring total care
• Experience supporting post-neurosurgery, ENT, and general surgery patients preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess neuro-med surg patients recovering from acute illness or surgical procedures
• Provide comprehensive care, from assisting ambulatory patients to delivering total care for bedridden individuals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Prioritize patient safety and well-being
• Accurately document assessments, treatments, and progress
