Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Recent experience working in a Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) setting
• Proficient in patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation
• Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient care planning
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• BLS certification (required); ACLS certification (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients on the Medical-Surgical floor
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans for each patient
• Monitor patient progress and promptly address changes in condition
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments according to provider orders
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare staff to ensure holistic patient management
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Adhere to all facility protocols, policies, and procedures

$1,384 - $1,514/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
