Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) - Decatur, Georgia

Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical unit
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation abilities
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and common hospital equipment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (additional certifications may be preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to devise individualized care plans

• Adhere to all relevant hospital protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards
• Participate in shift handoffs, unit meetings, and ongoing professional development
