Key Qualifications:

  • BLS certification required; additional certifications a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse group of adult patients with varied medical and surgical needs
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and empathy
  • Educate patients and families regarding care, treatments, and discharge planning
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to a supportive, respectful clinical atmosphere focused on patient safety and comfort
