You’ll care for a varied patient population in an award-winning hospital, Pathways to Excellence Certified and recognized as both a Certified Stroke Center and Certified Chest Pain Center. This is the perfect opportunity to expand your clinical expertise, working alongside highly experienced staff and leadership, many nationally certified and engaged in innovative patient care.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts (7:00 am – 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm – 7:00 am)
• Every other weekend and holiday rotations required

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Previous Med-Surg acute care experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency in telemetry interpretation
• Strong clinical assessment, multitasking, and communication abilities
• Demonstrates flexibility, teamwork, accountability, and a commitment to excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care using hourly rounding and bedside shift reports
• Accurately assess, plan, and coordinate care for diverse Med-Surg patients
• Safely perform advanced procedures such as PICC line or vas cath removals
• Float to other units as needed within your scope and training
• Utilize advanced technology: bedside telemetry, iMobile phones, Dynamaps, and Meditech documentation
