Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, day and/or night shifts available, including rotating weekends

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with the care team
• Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness or adverse responses
• Provide patient education and compassionate support for families
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
• Participate in ongoing patient safety and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• 1+ year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Adaptable and collaborative team player
