Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in a dynamic Medical-Surgical unit
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and carry out physician orders accurately
• Work effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Uphold strong infection control and patient safety protocols

Desired Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Previous experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• Current BLS certification (additional ACLS preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
