Registered Nurse Med Surg | Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• At least 1 year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing
• Strong assessment, organization, and communication skills
• Proficient with common bedside equipment and electronic health records
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing patient conditions
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Commitment to professional standards and patient confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Closely monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care
• Document care provided and patient responses within electronic medical records
• Provide patient and family education to support recovery and health management
• Uphold infection control protocols and hospital policies

$2,025 - $2,203/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
