Schedule & Hours
- 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week (Days & Nights available)
- Self-scheduling with flexibility required
- Every-other weekend commitment (option to alternate Saturdays or Sundays)
- Minimal on-call obligations
- Holidays assigned and rotated on an annual basis
- Overtime and shift differentials for nights/weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Nursing degree required
- Active KS or Compact RN license
- BLS certification (can obtain ACLS & PALS on the job)
- Entry-level candidates and new graduates welcome
- Driven, professional, and compassionate approach essential
Key Responsibilities
- Full nursing process: assessment, planning, diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation
- Delivery of safe, evidence-based patient care
- Floating to other units within scope as needed
