Schedule:

• 3x12 hour night shifts
• 13-week assignment

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Demonstrated experience in Med Surg or related hospital nursing roles
• Proven assessment, triage, and patient care planning skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and standardized documentation practices
• Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to diverse adult patient populations within the Med Surg unit
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and support personnel to coordinate care
• Prioritize and manage multiple patients, responding to changing conditions and emergent needs
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide interventions as directed
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care per facility protocols
