Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (Med Surg RN) for a travel assignment in Elmira, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse who enjoys providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting and is committed to delivering positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct nursing care to medical and surgical patients
* Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
* Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning
* Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Requirements:

* Active RN license in New York
* Minimum of two years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience
* BLS certification required
* ACLS certification preferred
* Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
