Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical/surgical adult inpatients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage orthopedics, neuro-surgical, and trauma cases
• Ensure patient safety and advocate for best practices to achieve zero-harm outcomes
• Lead proactive rounding, pain management, and bedside hand-off for superior patient experience
• Monitor patient status, accurately document clinical findings, and respond swiftly to changes in condition
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery expectations
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and quality standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred
• Clinical experience caring for orthopedic, neuro-surgical, or trauma patients is strongly desired
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
