Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Experience in Med-Surg nursing (Oncology, Observation, Hospice, Medical & Surgical patients preferred)
• Up-to-date BLS certification
• Strong assessment, planning, and documentation skills
• Team-oriented with effective communication abilities
• Experience delegating and overseeing care in a nursing unit

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise individualized patient care following established guidelines
• Complete thorough nursing assessments and document findings in patient records
• Develop and update care plans based on patient needs and clinical responses
• Collaborate with unit staff, delegating care tasks appropriately
• Support medical, surgical, oncology, and hospice patient populations
