Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • 1+ year recent experience in a medical-surgical setting
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple patient needs
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and assignments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, monitor for side effects, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other relevant clinical procedures
  • Provide patient education and coordinate discharge planning to promote optimal health outcomes
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain patient safety at all times
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
