Med-Surg Nurse (RN) - Euclid, OH

Schedule/Hours:

• Every other weekend and every other holiday coverage required

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Strong medical-surgical nursing background
• BLS certification
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changes and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness and capability to assume charge duties as needed

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct medical-surgical nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Rotate into charge nurse responsibilities as needed, with opportunity for training and shadowing
