Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license (OH or compact)
• At least 1 year of recent med-surg inpatient experience
• Previous exposure to orthopedics, neuro-surgical, or trauma populations is an advantage
• Skilled in patient assessment, medication administration, and pain management
• Strong commitment to safety, patient-centered care, and quality improvement
