Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of acute care experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive bedside care for patients across diverse medical-surgical cases
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
• Deliver patient education and discharge planning support
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition, ensuring safety and quality outcomes
